摘要
为解决老石旦洗煤厂煤粉尘治理效果不理想的问题,采用ZP220自动喷雾降尘装置对该厂煤粉尘进行治理。介绍了ZP220自动喷雾降尘装置的结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数,并分析了该装置在老石旦洗煤厂的应用情况。实践表明:该装置可使洗煤厂煤粉尘平均浓度保持在5.61 mg/m3,满足国家现行法律法规规定的粉尘浓度要求。
To solve the problem of coal dust removal effect is not ideal at Laoshidan coal preparation plant,ZP220 automatic spray dust removing device is used for controlling coal dust.The article introduced the structure,working principle,technical features and technical parameters of ZP220 automatic spray dust removal device,and analyzed the application situation of the device in Laoshidan coal preparation plant.The application practice shows that with using the device,the average concentration of coal dust in coal preparation plant can kept at 5.61 mg / m^3,which value meet the dust concentration of the state environmental protection requirements.
