摘要
制备钛铝复合载体负载活性组分磷化镍,采用原位还原技术制备出环境友好型Ni2P/Ti O2-Al2O3催化剂并对催化剂的加氢脱氮性能进行评价。主要考察复合载体中不同钛铝配比、不同Ni/P摩尔比及活性组分Ni2P负载量、不同模板剂用量对催化剂活性的影响,确定催化剂最佳制备方法。
First TiO2-Al2O3 composite carrier was prepared, and active component Ni2P was loaded on prepared carrier, then Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was obtained by in situ reduction technique, finally HDN performance of obtained catalyst was evaluated. Effects of titanium aluminum ratio of composite carrier, Ni/P ratio and Ni2P loading, amount of template on the activity of the catalyst were investigated, the best preparation method of catalyst was determined.
