去整合素样金属蛋白酶15与基质金属蛋白酶-2在乳腺癌转移中的作用及相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究去整合素样金属蛋白酶15(ADAM15)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在乳腺癌组织中的表达以及对淋巴道转移的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学(SP法)分别检测ADAM15和MMP-2蛋白在30例乳腺良性病变、35例无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌和30例有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的表达。结果 ADAM15和MMP-2在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率均显著高于乳腺良性病变(2=14.181,P<0.01;2=18.727,P<0.01),而且在有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于无淋巴结转移的乳腺癌(2=5.387,P<0.05;2=6.232,P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示,在乳腺癌中,ADAM15和MMP-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.584,P<0.01)。结论 ADAM15和MMP-2协同促进了乳腺癌淋巴结转移,而且ADAM15可能通过促进MMP-2的表达以增强乳腺癌转移。
