摘要
针对配电网信息共享和应用集成需要,构建了营配调一体化平台。将平台分为基础层、支撑平台层、应用层,基础层基于公共信息模型和接口规范提供统一的数据基础;支撑平台层根据业务需求进行对象聚合,建立共享融合平台和实时数据平台,为其它平台提供信息;应用层基于跨平台的数据开发高级应用。在此基础上,对一体化平台的聚合对象技术、实时数据接入技术、空间信息技术进行研究。最后,在营配调一体化平台上进行了高级应用的开发,并在示范工程中取得了良好的运行效果。
Aiming at the demand of information sharing and application integration of power distribution network, a marketing-distribution-dispatching integration platform is established, which is composed by base layer, supportting platform layer, and application layer.The base layer provides uniform data based on common information model and uniform interface specification.The supporting platform layer aggregates objects according to the needs of the busi-ness, as well as establishes shared integration platform and real time data platform.It provides information for other platforms.The application layer develops advanced applications based on the data from cross-layer platform.The ag-gregate object technology, real-time-data access technology and geographic information technology of integrated plat-form are researched to support integration platform.Finally, advanced application based on integration platform is de-veloped.It achieves good operating effect in the demonstration project.
