摘要
目的观察润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗老年性瘙痒症的疗效。方法 120例老年性瘙痒症患者随机分为两组,对照组口服氯雷他定;治疗组在对照组基础上加服润燥止痒胶囊。结果两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定治疗老年性瘙痒症疗效明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Desioratadine in treatment of pruritus senilis. Methods 120 cases of pruritus senilis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Desioratadine, the treatment group was given Runzaozhiyang capsules and Desioratadine. Results The total effective rate of two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Runzaozhiyang capsule combined with Desioratadine in treatment of pruritus senilis has fast and good curative effect.
