不同配穴预处理对心肌缺血模型大鼠抗自由基酶的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察不同配穴电针预处理对心肌缺血模型大鼠丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的影响。方法将经过筛查心电图无异常的50只SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、标本配穴防治组、标本配穴对照组、远近配穴对照组,每组10只。以盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)注射大鼠皮下的方法制作心肌缺血模型;所有配穴针刺组在造模前进行电针针刺预处理,10min,1m A,疏密波,2-100Hz。治疗后,检测MDA、SOD及GSH-PX。结果标本配穴防治组的心肌组织MDA含量明显低于模型组、标本配穴对照组和远近配穴对照组(均P<0.01),与正常组间无明显差异(P>0.05);而总SOD活力、GSH-PX酶活力则均高于模型组、标本配穴对照组和远近配穴对照组(P<0.01),低于正常组(P<0.01)。结论标本配穴对抗氧自由基的效果更明显优于其他配穴组,能有效预防心肌内脂质过氧化,能更好的保护心肌细胞线粒体免受损伤。 Objective To observe the effect of the different combined acupoints on MDA,SOD and GSH - PX of ischemic cardiomyopathy(ICM). Method A total of 50 SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided to normal group, ISO group, control group, and contrast acpoints group,far and near acpoints group. Injecting ISO into rats'skin was to establish the model of ICM; before establishing model, all acupuncture groups with electric acupuncture for 10min, lmA, density waves and 2 - 100Hz. The end,test MDA,SOD and GSH - PX. Results The MDA of control group was obviously lower than ISO group, contrast acpoints group and far and near acpoints group( all P 〈 0.01 ), but no sig- nificant difference with normal group(P 〉 0. 05 ) ; SOD and GSH - PX of control group were all higher than ISO group, contrast acpoints group and far and near acpoints group( all P 〈 0.01 ), but lower than normal group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The effect of the acupuncture of combined biao and ben acupoints to resist oxygen free radicals is well than other acpoints group's, so the the acupuncture of combined biao and ben acupoints could prevent peroxide of lipid in Myocardium and protect mtDNA to suffer attack.
