摘要
针对科研工作特征,对与地方经济发展联系最为直接的市属高校在科研经费管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,旨在科研经费管理工作更加规范化、精细化和科学化。
Aiming at the characteristics of research work, the problems in management process of research funding in municipal colleges and universities, which have the most direct contact with the development of local economy, are analyzed, to make the management of research funding more standardized, refined and scientific.
