塑可丽塑料革新水转印工艺

摘要 塑可丽?塑料与水转印工艺的完美结合,可减少水转印工艺中的喷底漆工序,既绿色环保,又节约成本;同时水转印层可遮盖掉采用塑可丽?塑料注塑成型制件的表面缺陷,且清漆层可解决耐候性问题。另外,本文研究了水转印层与塑料基材间的附着力影响因素,有效解决了去掉底漆工艺后附着力低的问题。 The perfect combination between Colorful-in and water transfer printing processing allow the accomplishment of water transfer printing without primer which is eco friend and cost saving; meanwhile surface defects appeared after injection could be covered by the printing layer and the weather resistance of the parts is increased by varnish layer. More than this, this article is mainly about the research of influencing factors about the adhesion between plastic substrate and water transfer printing layer; and solving the problem of low adhesion due to primer-free.
