摘要
应用三维有限元模型和PAM-STAMP软件对汽车地板纵梁的热冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,通过模拟地板纵梁在不同压边力作用下的热成形过程,着重考察了压边力对工件成形质量的影响。研究发现:压边力增大到一定值后,继续增大压边力导致工件成形质量下降,其中压边力在200k N时,工件成形质量最好,为热冲压工艺的制定提供良好的理论依据。
The three-dimensional finite element model and PAMSTAMP software have been applied to numerically simulate the hot stamping process for automobile floor longitudinal beam. The hot forming process of floor longitudinal beam has been simulated under different blank-holder forces. The effect of blank-holder force on the workpiece quality has been mainly studied. The study shows that bigger blank-holder force can cause poor workpiece quality after the blank-holder force is big enough. The finished workpiece is best in quality when the blank-holder force is 20 tons, which provides good theoretical reference for defining the hot stamping process.
