摘要
该文分析了云南省七个较少民族之一独龙族的整乡推进整族帮扶发展模式,并对发展过程中所形成的具有本地特色的、能够使经济和社会持续发展的经济模式理论进行概括和总结。主要表述为:一主题即领导重视整族帮扶;两任务即跨越发展、可持续发展;三集中即集中智慧、集中力量、集中项目资金;四结合即近期目标与远期规划相结合,重点突破与整体推进相结合,国家扶持、社会帮扶与自力更生相结合,经济社会发展与生态环境保护相结合。
This paper analyzes and summarizes the development pattern in one of the seven ethnic minority groups in Yunnan province,the Drung nationality. The features of the development pattern are mainly as followed：one theme of giving the importance of assisting all the people; two tasks of leap- forward development and sustainable development; three pools of wisdom,efforts and project funding; four kinds of combination of short- term goals and long- term planning,the integrated improvement and the breakthrough,social support and self- dependence,eco- social development and environmental protection.
