摘要
以环己二醇甲醚和对苯二甲酰氯为原料,在三乙胺催化下,合成新型低毒耐潮的对苯二甲酸二(环己二醇甲醚)酯增塑剂。考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应物摩尔比、反应时间等因素对产品酯化率的影响,并通过傅里叶红外,气质-联用对合成产物进行了表征。试验结果表明:在环己二醇甲醚与对苯二甲酰氯摩尔比2.7,催化剂用量占对苯二甲酰氯总质量的1.0%,反应温度130℃,反应时间4h,反应体系的平均酯化率97.02%,釜液中对苯二甲酸二(环己二醇甲醚)酯质量分数可达96.92%。
Using p-phthaloyl chloride and methoxy-cyclohexanediol as raw materials,triethylamine as catalyst,a new type plasticizer di( methoxy-cyclohexanediol) terephthalate with low toxicity and moisture resistance is synthesized. The influences of ratio of reactants,amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification rate of product are investigated,and the target product is characterized by FT-IR and GC-MS. The results show that under the conditions of molar ratio of p-phthaloyl chloride to methoxy-cyclohexanediol of 1 ∶2. 7,the amount of catalyst of 1. 0%,the reaction temperature of 130 ℃ and the reaction time of 4 h,the average esterification rate of reaction system is 97. 02% and the mass fraction of di( methoxy-cyclohexanediol) terephthalate can reach up to 96. 92%.
