摘要
通过对国内外小城镇建设发展和低碳理论的分析理解,以吉林省三合镇为例,提出了适合规模小、结构简单,系统兼具封闭性和完整性的小城镇低碳发展的策略,期望对以后的小城镇规划建设有一些借鉴意义。
