摘要
目的建立原子吸收光谱法(AAS)测定醋酸钠林格注射液中氯化钙的含量。方法将样品稀释5倍后,加入5%硝酸镧2m L,采用AAS法测定醋酸钠林格注射液中氯化钙的含量,检测波长为422.7nm;燃气类型为空气-乙炔;灯电流:6m A;狭缝宽度:0.5nm。结果 Ca^2+在5~15μg·m L^-1范围内与对应的吸光度值呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9991;定量限为0.5μg·m L^-1;氯化钙回收率在97.2%~102.8%之间(n=9),RSD为1.7%。结论本方法简单、快速、准确;可用于醋酸钠林格注射液中氯化钙的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an AAS method to determine calcium chloride in Sodium Acetate Ringer's Injection. METHODS The sample was directly diluted 5 times and added 5% lanthanum nitrate 2m L,the content of calcium chloride in the samples was determined by AAS under the condition as follows: detection wavelength was422. 7nm,the flame tape was air/acetylene,the lamp current was 6m A,slit width was 0. 5nm. RESULTS The good linear relation was obtained from 5 to 15μg · m L^- 1for Ca^2 +with a regression coefficient of 0. 9991. The limit of quantitation was 0. 5μg·m L^- 1. The averaged recovery rate of calcium chloride ranged from 97. 2% to 102. 8%(n= 9) with RSD of 1. 7%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to control calcium chloride in Sodium Acetate Ringer's Injection.
