摘要
采用HPLC法测定磷酸西格列汀的含量.方法:采用C18(4.6 mm×215;250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.01 mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH至6.8)∶乙腈=60∶40为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为220 nm,柱温为30℃.结果:磷酸西格列汀的线性范围为0.2300~0.3942mg/mL;结论:本法简便、准确、适合于磷酸西格列汀含量测定.
To establish an HPLC method for quantitative determination of Sitagliptin phosphate. Methods: The analytical column was C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) cohmm. The mobile phase was 0.01 mol/L disodium hydrogen phosphate aqueous solution (phosphoric acid to adjust to pH 6.8) and acetonitrile (60 : 40) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The wavelength of UV detector was 220 nm and column temperature was 30℃. Results: The linear ranges of Sitagliptin phosphate were 0.2300-0.3942 mg/ml Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the content determination of Sitagliptin phosphate,
