摘要
双动力轮胎式起重机采用平稳的液压传动方式,以大功率的中心回转柱体作为上下动力传递的元件,综合柴油机驱动和液压驱动特点,利用电力和柴油两种动力源并保证其能够灵活调节切换,使设备在空载或小负荷下的能耗降低,进而达到节能减排的目的。
The dual power tyre crane designed in this paper adopts stable way of hydraulic transmission, uses high - power of central rotary column as a transfer component of driving forces. This crane combines the characteristics of the diesel driving and the hydraulic driving, and then uses their power sources in accordance of making sure that they can be adjust and switchover flexibly. So that the crane can reduce the energy consumption in the case of empty or light load, in turn it can achieve the aims of energy conservation and emission reduction.
