摘要
基于双CAN控制器LPC4357,设计了一种结构简单的嵌入式电脑棉袜机控制系统.首先分析了控制系统的设计要求和控制对象并提出了CAN总线分布式控制系统的总体结构,然后根据上位机及下位机驱动硬件整体布局及接线模式,设计并实现了该棉袜机控制系统的工作流程及主控制器和底层功能模块的软、硬件.实践证明,该控制系统具有集成度高、硬件分布合理、接线简单、稳定性好、实时性强等优点.
On the basis of dual-CAN controller LPC4357,an embedded computer control system of cotton socks machine is designed.At first,the design requirement and control object of the control system are analyzed,the general structure of CAN bus distributed control system is presented.And then,based on the overall layout of upper and lower monitors′hardware driver,workflow of control system of the cotton socks machine is designed,the software and hardware implementation of the main controller and the bottom function module are realized.The practice proves that the control system is highly integrated,and it has the advantages of logical hardware layout,simple wiring,good stability and better realtime processing.
