摘要
用半纤维素酶和木质素酶组成的复配酶对稻秸秆进行脱胶预处理,分析了生物酶作为前处理工艺对稻秸秆纤维残胶率的影响.以残胶率为评价指标,根据单因素分析的水平范围设计五因素四水平的正交试验,确定了复配生物酶脱胶的优化工艺,即半纤维素酶∶木质素酶为12%∶6%,时间12h,温度50℃,pH值5.0.经复配生物酶脱胶后,稻秸秆纤维残胶率为20.63%,纤维大多粘连在一起,残留的胶质还需要化学脱胶工艺进一步去除.
Biological enzymes(hemicellulase enzymes and lignin enzymes)are used in the pretreatment of rice straw degumming.The influence of biological enzymes on the residual gum content of rice straw fibers is analyzed.Taking residual gum content as an evaluation index,using four optimal levels of single factor analysis,the optimizing technology of the compound enzymes degumming is determined,followed as hemicellulase enzymes∶lignin enzymes is 12%(o.w.f)∶6%(o.w.f),handling time 12 h,temperature 50℃ and pH 5.0.After compound enzymes degumming,the residual gum content of rice straw is relatively high(about 20.63%)and the fibers are adherent together.Thus,the residual gum should be further removed by chemical degumming process.
