摘要
采用正交设计法研制了一种新型的聚氨酯/聚脲封孔材料,重点考察了聚醚胺、发泡剂、催化剂和异氰酸酯四种原料的用量对材料性能的影响。结合实验结果对每个影响因素进行分析,之后缩小因素和水平的范围进行补充正交实验,通过两次正交实验结果分析,最终得到最佳性能的实验配方。
A new kind of polyurethane/polyurea sealing materials was synthesized by orthogonal test.The effects of dosages of polyether amine,foaming agent,catalyst and isocyanates on physicochemical properties of sealing materials were investigated.The affect factors were analyzed by the experimental results.The prescription of sealing materials was obtained by supplementary official test with reduced range of affect factors.
