摘要
含稀土金属聚合物保留了稀土金属的独特性质,又兼具了聚合物的优点,成为材料科学领域研究的热门之一。用含铕稀土配合物单体Eu(AA)3Phen成功地合成出含铕稀土荧光聚合物PPNEu。通过凝胶渗透色谱仪、荧光光谱仪、Zeta电位及粒度仪、透射电子显微镜等对PPNEu的结构、性能进行了表征,并考察了PPNEu与BSA的相互作用。结果表明,PPNEu具有良好的荧光性能,能与BSA通过静电作用形成一定形式的复合物,随着BSA与PPNEu质量比的不断增大,其Zeta电位逐渐从8.4mV降低到-9.8mV,且复合物的粒径不断增大。
The polymer materials contained rare earth metal not only retains the unique nature of the rare earth metal ions,but also has polymer materials' characteristics,thus it become a hot research field of materials science.Fluorescent polymer containing europium(PPNEu)was successfully synthesized using rare earth complex monomer(Eu(AA)3Phen)contained europium.Characterization of structure,properties of PPNEu and its interaction with bovine serum albumin(BSA)were carried out by gel permeation chromatography,fluorescence spectroscopy,Zeta-potential and size analyzer,and transmission electron microscopy.The results indicated that,PPNEu had good fluorescence property;it could interact with BSA to form a certain type of complex;the Zeta-potential of the complex decreased from 8.4mV to-9.8mV and the size of the complex increased gradually with increasing the weight ratio of BSA/PPNEu.
