离子交换法制备Zn/Al双金属氧化物

摘要 采用重量法及扫描电镜表征方法研究了D113型离子交换树脂对Zn/Al吸附的优化反应条件以及对Zn/Al双金属氧化物形貌的影响.结果表明:Zn/Al离子的摩尔比为2∶1时,单位质量树脂吸附的总金属离子摩尔数最大,且产物形貌较佳;随着pH值和温度的升高,单位质量树脂吸附的摩尔数增大.pH值为3.89时焙烧产物的形貌最好,温度对焙烧产物的形貌影响不大.EDS数据和XRD谱图表明,产物中存在两种化合物ZnO和Al2O3. The optimum reaction conditions of D113 type ion exchange resin adsorption on Zn / Al ions and the morphology of Zn / Al double metal oxide were studied with the weight method and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that when Zn / Al molar ratio is 2 ∶ 1,the number of moles per unit mass of resin adsorption is the biggest with better morphology. With the increase of pH value and temperature,the number of moles per unit mass of resin adsorption is increased. When the PH value is 3. 89,the morphology of the calcined product is the best with little effect of temperature on the morphology of the calcined product. EDS data and XRD spectra indicate that there are ZnO and Al2O3 compounds in the products.
