摘要
目的探讨葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性和安全性。方法选取2013年1月—2014年1月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者124例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各62例。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组患者给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组患者给予葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗,比较两组患者心绞痛症状和心电图改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者心绞痛症状改善总有效率为91.9%,高于对照组的83.9%;心电图改善总有效率为95.2%,高于对照组的85.5%(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,可有效改善心绞痛症状及心电图表现,且安全性较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Gelanxinning Soft Capsule on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris .Methods From January 2013 to January 2014, 124 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were selected in our hospital , and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group , each of 62 ca-ses.Both groups given conventional therapy , and control group given extra Danshen injection , while observation group given extra Gelanxinning Soft Capsule.The improvement of angina symptoms and ECG , and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared .Results The improved rate of angina symptoms of observation group was 91.9%, was significantly high-er than that of control group of 83.9% （ P〈0.05）; the improved rate of ECG of observation group was 95.2%, was significant-ly higher than that of control group of 85.5% （ P〈0.05） .No one of the two groups occurred serious adverse reactions .Con-clusion Gelanxinning Soft Capsule is exactly effective and safe in treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris , which can effectively relieve angina symptoms and improve ECG , worthy of being widely used .
