摘要
随着我国空军由"国土防空型"向"攻防兼备型"的战略转变,空军在未来高技术联合作战中,将是首当其冲、全程使用的决定性"拳头"力量,而作为现代空军作战"支撑点"之一的航材保障工作将直接影响空军顺利完成所担负的作战任务,关系到联合作战的进程和结局。文章以供应链管理的基本原则为基础,深入探讨联合作战中航材保障的重点问题。
With China＇s air force strategic shift from the“homeland air defense”to“offensive and defensive capabilities”, in the future of high technology joint operations, the air force will be the first, use the decisive“ fist” power all the way, and as one of the“point”of modern air combat of supply chain security work will directly affect the air force combat mission, finish is responsible for related to joint operations process and outcomes. In this paper, on the basis of the basic principles of supply chain management, discussed the focus of the supply chain security problems in joint operations.
