摘要
阐述地下室防水的重要性及防水质量的现状,指出现有地下防水材料及防水技术的不足。首次提出通过建立双结构层来进行地下室底板防水的思想并设计双结构层防水底板的施工工艺流程,介绍双结构层防水底板"两防一排"的防水机理。通过理论分析说明了该防水结构的可行性。并且在实验室进行了对比等效模拟试验,验证了双结构层防水底板防水效果的显著性。本防水施工工艺在经济效益及施工难度上具有较强的适用性。该防水技术抓住了地下室渗漏问题的根本原因,克服了目前防水思想及技术的弊端与漏洞,弥补了现有防水材料寿命不与结构同寿命周期的缺陷,有望彻底解决地下室防水问题。
In the paper, the current situation and the importance of water quality basement waterproofing is described, and the deficiencies of the existing underground waterproof material and waterproof technology are pointed out. First, the idea of basement wa- terproofing by establishing a double-layer structure is proposed and the construction process of double structure layer basement floor for waterproof is designed. The waterproof mechanism of ＂The two waterproof, one drainage＂ of double structure layer basement floor for waterproof as wall is expounded and the significant waterproof effect of double structure layer basement floor for waterproof is verified by analog tests of comparison and equivalent in laboratory. The waterproof construction technology has strong applicability in terms of economics and construction difficulty. The waterproofing technology targeted the root cause of the leakage problem of a basement, and overcame the drawbacks and vulnerability of the current ideological and technical for waterproof, which makes up the deficiency of unequal life cycle between the existing waterproofing material and the structure and is possible to solve the problem of basement waterproofing fundamentally.
