变节距螺旋弹簧在扭转减振器中的非线性特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用UG软件对离合器扭转减振器里的弹性元件变节距螺旋弹簧进行三维实体模型的建立,将建好的三维模型导入ANSYS中建立变节距弹簧的有限元分析模型,对单个弹簧有限元模型进行垂直刚度的分析计算,然后对用于扭转减振器后的扭转刚度进行分析计算,分别得到2条刚度曲线,并将这2种刚度与通过理论推导得到的曲线进行相应的比较。结果表明,变节距螺旋弹簧具有非线性弹性特性,且理论推导与有限元分析相契合,为变节距弹簧应用于离合器扭转减振器中实现多级变刚度提供了可靠的理论依据。 Three-dimensional solid model of variable pitch helical spring was built in UG software,then imported it in software of ANSYS to build finite element analysis model. Vertical stiffness of a single spring finite element model was analyzed in ANSYS, and torsion stiffness of torsion damper was analyzed and calculated. Two rigidity curves were obtained, and they were compared with theoretical curve correspondingly. The results show that variable pitch helical spring itself has variable stiffness characteristics, and theoretical analysis fit with finite element analysis. It provides a reliable theoretical basis for application of variable pitch springs in the torsion damper clutch.
