摘要
以昌7-2及8个糯玉米同型系和5个普通玉米自交系为材料,采用NCⅡ(不完全双列杂交)设计对组配的45个杂交种进行配合力分析,并估算遗传参数。结果表明,(昌7-2)-1、(昌7-2)-2和(昌7-2)-6是一般配合力效应值表现优良的自交系;筛选出(昌7-2)-2×明2325、(昌7-2)-6×9058、(昌7-2)-1×明2325等6个高产组合。研究表明,穗粗、穗长、行粒数等性状可以进行早代选择,株高受环境效应最大,不宜早代选择。
Five normal corn inbred lines, Chang7-2 and the other eight lines in the same type were used as the test materials. Forty-five hybrids were analyzed in NC 11 mating design to study the combining ability and genetic parameters. The results showed that corn inbred lines of (Chang7-2)-l, (ChangT-2)-2, (Chang7-2)-6 had the high- er general combining ability which crossed high yield hybrids of (Chang7-2)-1 ×Ming2325, (Chang7-2)-6×9058, (Chang7-2)-2×Ming2325. The traits of ear diameter, ear length, and grains per row should be selected earlier, but plant height should be selected later, because it was impacted much more by the environment.
