平行送风型干燥装置模拟设计与验证

摘要 从送风方式和空气处理方式两方面入手,采用静压箱孔板送风方式,以及太阳能预热—同步热泵加热—辅助电加热梯级供能,设计出一种通过均匀孔板营造平行送风的干燥装置。采用CFD仿真方法对送风结构进行物理模型模拟,依据CFD最优物理模型制作出实物模型,并进行验证实验。采用平行送风方式,送风温度一般低于传统送风方式2~4℃,干燥时间可缩短1.5%~3.5%。 Focusing on air supply and air treatment, a drying device is proposed by supplying parallel air with evenly-dotted baffles. This device uses solar energy to preheat, heat pump to heat simultaneous ly and auxiliary electric heater to provide gradient heat. The method of CFD is adopted to simulate the physical structure of the device. Based on the optimized CFD model, the final model of the device is produced and verified in performance test. Test results show that, with parallel air supply, air temperature supplied in this device is 2 to 4 ℃ lower than traditional air supplying, and the time for drying is shortened by 1.5~3.5%.
