摘要
采用组装的配真空紫外光离子化检测器的便携式气相色谱仪,建立了聚氨酯硬泡及组合聚醚中发泡剂的定性鉴定方法。常见的7种发泡剂用该方法均可检测,适用于气、液、固3种不同状态的样品,具有简便快速的特点。该仪器不仅能快速、灵敏的检测出硬质聚氨酯泡沫残留发泡剂及组合聚醚中的发泡剂种类,而且能够就地监测氟利昂等违规产品。
A qualitative method for identifying blowing agent species in rigid polyurethane foams and premixed polyether polyol was made by gas chromatography with VUV photoionization detect. This method could distinguish seven kinds of blowing agents and was able to detect different states of samples such as gas, liquid and solid. It was portable and fast. This instrument could quickly and sensitively determine the types of blowing agent residue in rigid polyurethane foams and premixed polyether polyol, so it could supervise the content of illegal product such as CFC- 11, etc.
