摘要
居家购物节目的法律属性应当是商业广告,其法律关系是一种广告法律关系,受广告法律法规的调整。居家购物节目的法律关系主体违反法律相关规定,就必须承担相应的法律责任。因此,居家购物节目和电视购物频道面临四种可能的法律前景。
The legal attribute of home shopping programs should be commercial advertisements,which has a legal relationship with advertisements adjusted by advertising laws and regulations.The subject of legal relation of home shopping programs must undertake the corresponding legal responsibility if it is in violation of relevant provisions of the law.Therefore,there are four kinds of possible legal prospects for home shopping programs and TV shopping channels.
