ACS6000中压变频系统是瑞典ABB公司生产的基于DTC直接转矩的控制技术,由于该系统在安居煤矿应用效果较好,故特介绍ACS6000系统的原理和保护功能,并对一些典型故障进行分析,如电动机噪音过大、异常振动、变频器绝缘检测值低、雷雨天气异常跳闸等,以此作技术交流,共同探讨。
The ACS6000 medium voltage frequency conversion system is produced by Swedish ABB company based on the control technology of DTC direct torque. Due to the good effect of this system applied in Anju mine, introduces the principles and protection functions of ACS6000 system and analyzes some typical faults, such as large noise of motor and the abnormal vibration, the low insulation test value of frequency converter, the abnormal tripping in thunder and rainy weather.
