摘要 为了能够实时检测出矿井下一氧化碳(CO)浓度,减少煤矿中毒事件,设计了采用可调谐半导体激光器的CO检测仪。采用波长调制光谱(WMS)与可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)相结合的气体检测技术,将检测信号从低频区域搬到高频区域,然后采用相关技术完成谐波信号的提取,从而检测出CO浓度。实验结果表明,检测下限达到12ppm,能够检测矿井下CO浓度。 In order to detect the concentration of carbon monoxide(CO) in mines in real-time and reduce coal poisoning,the CO detector using tunable semiconductor lasers is designed.The detection signals would be moved to high-frequency region from low-frequency region via the technology applying the combination of Wavelength Modulation Spectroscopy(WMS) and Tunable Diode Lasers Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS).Harmonic signals which indicate concentration of CO would be extracted by using the relevant technology.Experimental results show that the detection limit reaches to 12 ppm,thereby the concentration of CO in mines can be detected.
