新型N,N-二氯叔丁胺的合成及其稳定性

摘要 以叔丁胺(1)为原料,三氯异氰脲酸(2)为氯化试剂,合成了新化合物N,N-二氯叔丁胺(3),其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征。考察了溶剂对3合成工艺的影响,用二氯甲烷作溶剂,3的分离更为简便。3稳定性较差,室温放置二个月后易分解为一氯叔丁胺和叔丁烯。并讨论了其分解机理。 A novel compound,N,N-dichloro-t-butylamine( 3) was synthesized by the reaction of tbutylamine with trichloroisocyanuric acid. The structure was characterized by1 H NMR,IR and MS.The effect of solvent on the process of synthesizing 3 was discussed. The results showed that 3 was separated easily when dichloromethane was the solvent. 3 was decomposed to chlorobutylamin and 2-methyl propene being after stored at room temperature for two months and the decomposition mechanism was discussed based on the results of GC-MS.
