作为美军高素质作战人才培养的重要环节,联合军官职业教育体系在其教育结构体系、培训目标、培训课目等方面有着众多独到之处,极富借鉴价值,有必要从美军《军官职业军事教育政策》历史上前后5次重大调整来把握其在核心要素和重大内容上的动态发展,从中提取出美军职业教育改革的先进理念,以便更好地为我军职业军事教育改革提供借鉴。
As an important part of US army cultivating high - quality combat personnel, joint professional education system for military officers has its unique features in education structure, training objectives and subjects. It＇s necessary to master the core elements and dynamic development of contents from five significant adjustments of Policy of Military Professional Education for Military Officers, and to bring out advanced ideas of US army＇ s military professional education reform, so as to provide references for our military professional education reform.
