考虑大规模间歇式能源接入的电网调频仿真模型 被引量:1

Simulation Model of Frequency Regulation in Large-scale Intermittent Energy Grid

摘要 针对大规模间歇式能源的接入对系统调频控制带来的困难,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立了适用于大规模间歇式能源接入的互联电网调频仿真模型,对传统的调频模式调整了一次调频参数,采用了人工智能算法AGC的PI控制器和动态AGC机组的发电分配系数,并将间歇式能源预测误差计入区域控制误差中。仿真算例结果表明,改进的调频模型在系统功率大范围随机波动下的调节效果优于传统模型,更有利于系统吸纳间歇式能源,为间歇式能源接入容量和系统备用容量的选取提供了频率动态响应上的依据。 The frequency regulation in power system faces more problems because of the fluctuating and stochasticbehavior of intermittent energy. In this paper, a simulation model of frequency regulation, which can be applied to thelarge-scale intermittent energy grid, is established by using MATLAB/Simulink. And then primary frequency bias pa-rameters are regulated, and PI controller based artificial intelligence algorithm and dynamical generation distribution fac-tors of AGC generators are adopted as well as the prediction error of interrnittent energy is calculated in extra ACE. Theresults of simulation show that the improved method has better effect in a wide range of stochastic power fluctuation. Thenew simulation model can also provide basis for capacity selection of intermittent energy, which is accessed to the grid, onthe basis of the dynamic frequency response.
