摘要
人是社会的主体，构建和谐社会的首要之义就是要构建和谐个人，和谐人主要包括人与自身的和谐、人与自然的和谐以及人与社会的和谐，其中任何一者都离不开“人”，离不开人作为“类”的本质。在马克思眼中，人的“类本质”就是指人类自由自觉的实践活动，它对于人与自身、人与自然和人与社会关系的处理都具有十分重要的指导意义，为和谐社会的构建提供了重要的理论支撑。
