摘要
通过对VGI特征的介绍,说明了基于VGI的地震灾情收集的意义与方法。论述了基于VGI的地震灾情收集流程。对灾情信息进行分类,说明了基于VGI的地震灾情收集意义。为完善基于VGI的地震灾情收集理论体系,描述了基于VGI的地震灾情信息上传、储存、发布和管理方法,并对VGI地震灾情信息规范以及目前基于VGI的地震灾情收集存在的问题与发展趋势进行了讨论,为地震灾情信息指挥决策及信息发布提供了可靠的基础信息。
Through the introduction to VGI characteristics , illustrated the significance and method of earthquake disaster information , and VGI-based collection process of earthquake disaster information was discussed .Classified earthquake disaster information and il-lustrated the significance of collection of earthquake disaster information based on VGI .To perfect the theory system of it , VGI-based upload, storage, release, management methods were described .VGI-based information specification of earthquake disaster informa-tion, current VGI-based collection of earthquake disaster information problems and trends were discussed , so as to lay a reliable foundation for earthquake emergency decision -making and disaster information publishes .
