摘要 目的:观察肠内营养在胃肠道肿瘤术后的临床应用。方法:将2012年3月—2014年3月手术后60例胃肠道肿瘤患者,依据随机对照原则分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组术后给予早期多次少量饮水及肠内营养制剂,对照组术后采用传统围术期处理方案。观察比较两组患者的术后营养情况及免疫功能。观察比较术后总蛋白、血红蛋白、白蛋白等指标及并发症情况。结果:观察组患者总蛋白、血红蛋白、白蛋白等指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃肠道肿瘤根治术后患者肠内营养制剂能改善患者的基本状况,恢复肠道功能,同时提升患者的营养状况及免疫功能,降低并发症发生率。 Objective:To observe the application of enteral nutrition in postoperative gastrointestinal tumor. Methods:Sixty cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients after the operation from March 2012 to March 2014, based on the principles of randomized to 60 patients were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Observation group postoperatively early were given a small amount of water and enteral nutrition preparations for many times, the control group after were given traditional perioperative treatment scheme. To observe and compare the two groups of patients with postoperative nutritional status and immune function. Postoperative observation indexes of total protein, albumin, hemoglobin, and complications and compared. Results :The observation group of patients with total protein, albumin, hemoglobin, etc index is higher than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of postoperative complications of similar between the two groups has no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:Radical postoperative enteral nutrition preparation for patients with gastric cancer can improve the condition of patients, restore intestinal function, at the same time improve the patient's nutritional status and immune function,reduce the incidence of complications.
