摘要
美国PJM电力需求响应项目可分为紧急需求响应项目以及经济需求响应项目。介绍了PJM需求响应交易市场的参与主体,并从项目特点、参与到电力市场的方式、测量与结算以及运营情况等方面分别对紧急需求响应以及经济需求响应进行了分析与研究。最后,结合PJM电力市场中需求响应的运行情况以及我国电力市场环境,提出了对我国需求响应项目的开展的设想和建议。
Demand response program in PJM can be divided into emergency demand response and economic demand response. This article describes the PJM demand response participation in the market. In addition,details of the emergency demand response and economic demand response are identified from the characteristic of the programs,the way to participate in the electricity market,measurements,settlements and operational conditions respectively. Finally,based on the demand response in PJM and the electricity market in our country,ideas and proposals are put forward to the implement of the demand response programs in China.
