通过对一款插座端子的设计,分析了端子制件的冲压工艺,阐述了制件不通过滑块抽芯,而是通过弹芯巧妙折弯,实现了多工位级进模的生产,重点介绍了该制件的排样设计、关键模具零件的设计要点、模具结构特点。
By the design of one kind of outlet terminal, analyzed the punching technics, and also expounded the the product is not through the slide block core pulling, by clever bending elastic core, and introduced the sample layout design of the parts, main point of the key parts and structure specialties.
