摘要
随着国内火电厂大气污染物排放标准的提高,以及烟气脱硫系统旁路挡板逐步取消,石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统设备可靠性亟待提高。文章介绍了用于脱硫吸收塔浆液循环泵入口的传统FRP滤网存在的问题和危害,经过调研并以台山电厂1 000 MW机组为例,分析了问题存在的原因,并提出了滤网材质、网孔、结构、固定方式方面的设计优化方案。一年的运行实践证明,该方案达到了预期效果。
According to upgrade of emission standard of air pollutants and phasing out FGD system bypass dampers for domestic thermal power plants,the reliability of equipment of limestone-gypsum wet FGD system need to be improved urgently. The problems and hazards of the traditional FRP filter for desulfurization absorber slurry circulation pump inlet were introduced in this paper. Through investigation and taking one 1 000 MW unit of Taishan Power Plant as an example,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and the design optimization scheme of filter material,mesh,structure,fixed way was put forward. And a year of operation practice had identified the anticipated effect of this scheme.
