摘要 鉴于电池错误使用检测中,存在燃烧和爆炸的危险,为了测试人员和设备的安全,采用了STM32F103 VET6微控制器平台作为下位机,个人电脑作为上位机,在电流检测中采用霍尔电流传感器,设计了一种的分离式电池错误使用数据采集处理装置,上位机通过串口通讯,对下位机发送过来的检测的电压、电流数据进行采集和处理,在上位机中显示各个电池通道的数据并进行存储。通过软硬件设计制作,实现了装置功能,保证了测试人员的安全。 The danger of burn and explode could be happened, in the testing on battery incorrect use. In order to protect the safety of testing personnel and equipment, a separated type data acquisition and pro- cessing device of battery incorrect use was designed. It was consisted of upper computer and lower com- puter,the upper computer use of personnel computer, and the lower computer was used STM32F103VET6 MCU platform. The hall current sensor was used in current measuring. The measured data of voltage and current come from lower computer was acquisition and processing by upper computer, it was transmitted through serial ports. The data of different battery channels were displayed and stored on upper computer. At last, the device completed through the design and manufacture of hardware and software. Furthermore, the safety of testers was assured.
