摘要
目的:观察综合护理干预对颈型颈椎病的疗效影响。方法:将68例颈型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组治以按摩、颈额牵引、针灸和独活寄生汤,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合综合护理干预。两组均以30d为1疗程,比较1个疗程后两组患者总有效率。结果:两组患者总有效率分别为85.29%和67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:综合护理干预在颈型颈椎病的治疗中有较好的作用。
Objective：To observe the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of neck type. Methods：68 cases with cervical spondylosis of neck type were randomized into treatment group and control group.Control group treated with massage,occipito-mandibular traction,acupuncture and Duhuojisheng Decoction. Treatment group treated with comprehensive nursing plus the treatment of the control group.The efficacy was evaluated by the total effective rate after 30 days follow-up. Results：After 30 days of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group（85.29%）was obviously better than that of control group（67.65%）（P0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Comprehensive Nursing on cervical spondylosis of neck type was satisfactory.
