摘要
目的了解医院麻醉药品应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法选取医院2010年至2013年麻醉药品使用数据,分析比较各药物的使用情况。结果医院麻醉药品用量和金额逐年上升,使用频率最高的依次为盐酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸布桂嗪片和枸橼酸芬太尼注射液,盐酸哌替啶注射液用量逐年下降。结论该院麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍需加强用药教育以保证患者的用药需求。
Objective To understand the application status quo and tendency of narcotic drugs in our hospital so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The use data of narcotic drugs in our hospital during 2010- 2013 were extracted for analyzing and comparing the use situation of various narcotic drugs. Results Both the use amount and the sum of money of the narcotic drugs in our hospital were increased year by year,the highest use frequencies in turn were Morphine Hydrochloride Sustained- Release Tablets,Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Tablets and Fentanyl Citrate Injection. The use amount of Pethidine Hydrochloride Injection was decreased year by year. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically rational, however, the medication education should be intensified to ensure the patients＇ medication demand.
