摘要
分析了国内外误差参数识别的方法,介绍了分步对角线法识别和检测数控机床空间几何误差的过程和步骤,通过改进的分步对角线法,全面识别空间几何误差的21项误差元素。为后续机床误差补偿提供理论依据。
Base on he analysis of the error parameter identification method at home and abroad, The testing process and procedure of the diagonal method for the nc machine tool space geometric error detection is presented in detail. The diagonal method of frac-tional steps is used to identify the 21 items of the space geometric errors. The theoretical basis is provided for future machine tool er-ror compensation.
