摘要
目的:观察化湿运脾法治疗湿盛困脾型泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将103例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组54例给予自拟化湿运脾方剂辨证治疗,对照组49例给予参苓白术散治疗,2组均以10天为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治愈率治疗组为48.1%,对照组为28.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为90.7%,对照组为75.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,治疗组复发11例(20.4%),对照组复发19例(38.8),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化湿运脾法治疗湿盛困脾型泄泻临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe curative effects of resolving dampness to activate spleen method in treating diarrhea of exuberant dampness encumbering spleen pattern. Methods： All 103 patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group. 54 cases of the treatment group were treated by self-made prescription of resolving dampness to activate spleen according to syndrome differentiation, and 49 cases of the control group by Shen Ling Bai Zhu powder, ten days were one course of the treatment, clinical effects were assessed after three courses of the treatment. Results： Cure rate of the treatment group was 48.1%, higher than 28.6% of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）; total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%, superior to 75.5%of the control group with notable difference（P〈0.05）. There were 11 cases relapsed in the treatment group（20.4%）,and 19 cases in the control group（38.8%）, the difference between both groups was notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Resolving dampness to activate spleen method is effective in treating diarrhea of exuberant dampness encumbering spleen pattern.
