摘要
阐述方大特钢在特钢生产过程中,依靠数字模拟计算,优化中间包流场控制,实现连铸过程恒温恒速操作,减少连铸过程大颗粒夹杂物的工艺优化实践。
This paper mainly expounds the process optimization practice during special steel production in Fangda by digital simulation. The digital simulation is applied to optimize flow field control in tundish so that constant temperature constant speed operation is achieved and large inclusions are reduced during continuous casting.
