摘要
针对多孔定位片磨损后定位不精确的问题,对多孔定位片进行改进设计,改内孔翻边为翻孔工艺,研发了高精度的翻边模。根据零件的结构特点,进行了零件的冲裁工艺性分析及预冲孔直径、翻边力、翻边高度等一系列工艺研究,完成了高精度翻边模具的设计研究工作。应用CAD软件,以及UG虚拟装配软件对高精度翻边模具进行了系统的可视化优化复核设计,确保模具装配精度和模具加工精度。经加工实践验证,该高精度翻边模具达到预期技术条件,可以满足大批量多孔定位片加工要求。
Aiming at the question which was worn and positioned unaccurately,the multihole gasket was changed from inner hole flanging to plunging craft.A high-precision flanging mould was researched and developed.According to the structure characteristics of the components,the blanking technology was analyzed and the diameter of pre-punched hole,flanging force and flanging height.etc were researched.The design and research of high-precision flanging mould was finished.The systematic,visual,optimized and compound design were carried out with CAD and UG to guarantee the assemble and machining precision of mould.Through the practice test,the high-precision flanging mould reached the expect technical condition and satisfied large quantities of processed requirements of multihole posioning gasket.
