摘要
使用扫描电镜、X荧光光谱分析、X射线衍射等方法对济南市某典型供水区域给水管网中铸铁管和镀锌管管垢进行微观形态、化学成分及化合物构成分析。分析结果表明,铸铁管上的管垢呈针状或石林状,有明显的三层结构,镀锌管上的管垢则是松散颗粒组成的球状结构,管垢特征不同主要与水力条件和管道材质有关;铁、氧、钙是管垢的主要构成元素,α-Fe OOH、Fe3O4、Ca CO3是管垢的主要物相,其中铁的主要来源为管道内壁腐蚀,钙的主要来源则为水中所含的大量钙离子。
Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and so on were used to analyze the microstructure, chemical composition and compound composition of corro- sion scale in east iron pipe and galvanized steel pipe of a drinking water distribution system in Jinan City. The results showed that the corrosion scale in cast iron pipe was needle-like or eaespitose, and appeared to be three-layer obviously, while the corrosion scale in galvanized steel pipe appeared to be spherical loosely. The difference in the corrosion scale appearance was correlated with the pipe material and the hy- draulic condition. Iron, oxygen and calcium were the main chemical elements of the corrosion scale, and α-FeOOH, Fe3O4 and CaCO3 were the main compounds. The internal corrosion of pipe was the source of iron, while the calcium in the water was the source of calcium.
