摘要
分析了在社会主义新农村建设的大背景下,湖北省农村信息化建设存在的农村信息化基础设施薄弱、经费投入不足、农村信息资源开发不足、利用效率低下、农村信息服务人才队伍建设有待加强、农村信息化外部环境建设有待改善等问题,并提出了相应的对策。
In the context of the new socialist countryside construction, the problems existing in the construction of informati- zation in the rural areas in Hubei province are analyzed, including weak rural informatization infrastructure and insufficient investment, the lack of development and low efficiency in the utilization of the rural information resources, the talent team for the rural information service needs to be strengthened and the outside environment of the rural informatization construc- tion needs to be improved. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
