摘要
目的探讨支架式教学对实习护生临床操作技能的应用效果.方法:通过样本计算选择观察组和对照组各28 名学生.对照组护生采用常规带教方法实习,观察组护生在此基础上开展支架式教学进行实习,在实习结束前对两组护生的操作技能成绩、理论成绩及教学满意度进行比较.结果:实习结束后,观察组护生的技能操作成绩、理论考核中案例分析题均高于对照组 (P〈0.05).结论:支架式教学能较好地提高实习护生的操作技能,提高临床思维能力,提高教学满意度.
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of the "scaffolding" teaching in clinical skills of nursing students during clinical practice. Methods:The sample selection of theobservation group and the control group of 28 students. The control group with routine teaching method practice, observation group on the basis of teaching practice, at the end of theinternship of two nursing students of operation skills, academic performance and teaching satisfaction were compared. Results:After the end of internship, case observation groupnurses skill scores, theoretical examination analysis problem was higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The scaffolding instruction can improve nursing students'operational skills, improve the clinical thinking ability, improve teaching satisfaction.
