摘要
目的研究及观察2 型糖尿病早期肾损伤患者β2-MG、Cys-C、Hcy 及血小板活化指标的变化情况.方法：选取2013 年3 月-2014 年5 月于本院进行诊治的60 例2 型糖尿病患者为观察组,同期的60 名健康人员为对照组,然后将两组研究对象的血尿β2-MG、血清Cys-C、Hcy 及血小板活化指标进行分别检测及比较,同时比较观察组中无肾病者、早期糖尿病肾病者和临床糖尿病肾病者的检测结果.结果：观察组的血尿β2-MG、血清Cys-C、Hcy 及血小板活化指标均明显高于对照组,且观察组中早期糖尿病患者的检测结果与无肾病者及临床糖尿病者存在明显差异,P 均〈0.05,均有显著性差异.结论：糖尿病患者的β2-MG、Cys-C、Hcy 及血小板活化指标呈现明显的异常状态,且对于早期肾损伤均有较高的检测价值.
ObjectiveTo study and observe the change situation of β2-MG,Cys-C,Hcy and platelet activation indexes of patients with early renal damage in type 2 diabetesmellitus.Methods：60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitusin our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014 were selected as observation group,60 healthy persons were the controlgroup,then the blood and urine β2-MG,serum Cys-C,Hcy and platelet activation indexes of two groups were respectively detected and compared,and the detection results ofobservation group without nephropathy and with early diabetic nephropathy,clinical diabetic nephropathy were compared.Results：The blood and urine β2-MG,serum Cys-C,Hcyand platelet activation indexes of observation group were all obviously higher than those of control group,and the detection results of observation group with early diabetic nephropathyall had obvious differences to those of patients with without nephropathy and with clinical diabetic nephropathy,all P〈0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion：Theβ2-MG,Cys-C,Hcy and platelet activation indexes of patients with diabetes mellitus all show abnormal state,and they have higher detection value for the early renal damage.
